Return

When you shop with us at Personal Touch of Sweden, you have 14 days to return your order from delivery. You can only return an unopened package, so remember not to open the package if you want to send it back to us. We do not accept returns of products purchased elsewhere than personaltouch.se.

If you want to return your order, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. You can contact us via email: info@personaltouch.se or by post: Torsplan 8, 113 65 Stockholm. You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for right of withdrawal and send it to us by post or email. The message must contain your order number, name, address and email address.

Please note that you as a customer are responsible for return shipping and are responsible for the products when they are returned to us. Therefore, pack the products appropriately to reduce the risk of them being damaged during delivery.

When your return is received, it needs to be approved by us at Personal Touch of Sweden. If your return is invalid, we will get back to you via email. Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 30 days.

Complaint

According to Swedish law, you have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after you bought it, however, this must be done within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault. The right to complain only applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product

Contact us at info@personaltouch.se if you have received a damaged or broken product. Enter your order number and also attach pictures of the damaged product and explain what is wrong. We will then investigate whether your product is defective or incorrect and give you further instructions if the complaint is approved.
